David Foster’s mission over the last ten years has been to improve productivity in organisations by enhancing the relationships between employees, whether in senior, back-room or front-line roles.
He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, where he focused on change management and he is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
David has an addition part-time role as Module Leader for ‘Creativity in Enterprise’, an innovative second-year undergraduate module at Brighton Business School, within the University of Brighton.
He previously spent twelve years running Direct Experience marketing agencies, where his teams delivered many millions of face-to-face product interactions for more than 80 blue-chip consumer brands.
Based on his MBA learning, his experience of running complex people operations and his understanding of mindset change, David leverages the latest academic thinking and management insights to help people adapt positively within necessarily dynamic environments and become more productive within teams and organisations.
